  • 21. REFUND POLICY
  • Given the nuanced nature of dermatology and the diverse factors influencing treatment outcomes, including but not limited to individual skin types and pre- and post-therapy care, it is acknowledged that procedures at Glow joy Skincare may not yield guaranteed results. Depending on individual cases, touch-up or additional sessions might be necessary.
  • By proceeding with payment for your procedure, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not permissible, and you waive any right to claim reimbursement for funds tendered. Additionally, procedures are non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • Our Decision :
  • Notwithstanding the above, you acknowledge that Glow joy Skincare reserves the right to evaluate refund requests at its discretion, considering all relevant facts, circumstances, and customer-provided documentation. Glow joy Skincare retains the sole authority to approve or reject refund claims, in full or in part, on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the event of any disputes, they will be resolved in Delhi courts, where Glow joy Skincare is headquartered.
  • Deductions :
  • If payment was made through a third-party loan or installment plan, any refunds granted may be subject to deductions according to the terms of your agreement with them. Additionally, deductions may include fees such as payment gateway charges or delivery fees.
